After a lunch at Peter’s Brauhaus with 6 Ladies, 7 attended the Time Ride event.
Dee reports that she was absolutely fascinated by this ride through Cologne in 1926 while sitting in an old tram car going from Alter Markt to Neumarkt.
She would never have imagined that Cologne was such a beautiful and even somehow elegant city in those days. What a shame the group wasn’t taken to the Ringe, especially Kaiser-Wilhelm-Ring, which was a big boulevard with greens in the middle at those times.
A very interesting outing well worth every cent.
